The Albyco TB -500 is a thermal binding machine, suitable for the binding of large quantities with thermal binding. The Albyco TB500 is equipped with pre-programmed heatingtimes and an acoustic warning signal. This is a rugged heavy duty, all metal machine that can bind the largest 2” thick reports or adjust to put just the right pressure on a 5 page report. There are three time settings so you can pick a fast cycle for a small bindings or a long cycle for a large hard-bound book or multiple small books. The sliding right angle closure is the best way to apply enough pressure to keep your thermal covers positioned straight up so that the spine rests squarely on the heating platform, but not so much pressure that it keeps the pages from dropping down into the melted glue.
