Automatic punching system for use with interchangeable punch blocks
| The Albyco Digipunch is an efficient, high-speed automatic paper punching machine, designed for both short runs for binderies and digital and commercial printers. The machine can punch up to 72,000 sheets per hour! The Albyco Digipunch has a variable stacking height, which allows the machine to be slowed down during difficult jobs, such as curled paper, static paper or acetate. Punch sheets with covers or tabs mixed together. A touch screen offers full automatic setting and automatic changeovers. The touch screen takes the guesswork out of the maintenance cycle by alerting operators when it’s time to lubricate or grind the die. Unlike many other machines, it is possible to run the machine backwards to correct malfunctions. Punches sheets from 10.79 x 13.95 cm to 30.48 x 35.56 cm. The optional Drum Bypass is a belt change system for heavy cardboard. This allows the sheet to be delivered without having to bend by moving around the drum. Separator The separator can be set to separate 3 – 17 sheets. This is more consistent than systems that rely on gravity to feed the paper. |

Register table It registers the paper on all four sides, using side guides and back stoppers. The rear stops can accommodate sheets combined with tabs. |

Punch Blocks The punch blocks can be changed in seconds. Extendable punch blades allow for faster changeover between sheet sizes. |

Stacker The sliding back feed bin works in conjunction with the feeders, each of which can hold five reams of paper. The machine stops when the stacker is full. |

Touchscreen The Digipunch’s touchscreen guides you through the entire punching process. You can choose the paper size from a variety of presets or enter a custom size. Choose how many sheets you want to punch per lift; For more difficult paper types, you can adjust the number of sheets. |

The computer tracks the maintenance cycle of each punch block used and indicates when the block needs to be lubricated or sharpened. It also alerts the operator when the safety covers are open. On the touchscreen is the manual with all kinds of tips and tricks to make operating the machine quick and easy. |
